  • affect or damage network functionality

Exploitative Use

You must not use Services in ways beyond normal intended use, including:

  • generating VoIP terminating access
  • routing traffic improperly
  • switching or rerouting calls without consent

Telephone Numbers

Numbers may be allocated to you, but you do not own them.
We may change or withdraw numbers per the Numbering Plan.


Substituted Equipment

If advertised equipment is unavailable or unsuitable, we may provide equivalent substitutes.


Supplied Equipment

You assume risk upon delivery.
We retain title until rental, bundled term, or payment obligations are met.

Using unapproved equipment is at your own risk.


Delivery, Installation & Additional Services

You must prepare the site and provide access for installation.
You must obtain necessary permits.
Extra charges may apply for additional services.


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Equipment

You are responsible for equipment in your possession unless we caused the damage.


Legal Requests

If we incur expenses responding to legal or police requests related to your Service, you must reimburse us.

Customer Transfers to Us

You must check for restrictions or fees from your current provider before transferring.

Where industry churn processes apply, you authorize us to handle the transfer.


Transfers From Us

We will bill you according to your Customer Contract and published pricing. Charges may include:

  • Late payment fees
  • Early termination fees (if applicable)

You must ensure payment is made on time and in full.


Credit Management

We may conduct credit checks before or during your contract. If reasonably required, you must provide additional financial information or security, such as:

  • A credit card guarantee
  • Payment of outstanding amounts

Failure to provide requested assurance may result in Service suspension or cancellation.


Suspension or Cancellation by Us

We may suspend, restrict, or cancel a Service if:

  4. Your creditworthiness declines
  5. We are required to do so by law
  6. Another carrier or supplier requires suspension

  • Outages caused by third parties
  • Events beyond our control

We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.


Limitation of Service

We may limit, shape, or vary how the Service is delivered—for example, implementing traffic management—if required for:

  • Abuse or misuse protection

Privacy

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, passwords, and authentication tools.

Force Majeure
